These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the crypto fund managed by ALO Finance, a company specialized in arbitrage trading in decentralized finance (DeFi) and liquidity optimization. By investing in our product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Description

ALO Finance offers an investment product that pays dividends on a weekly basis. Investments can be denominated in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or stable coinds USDT, DAI and others.

3. Dividend Payment

Dividends are calculated based on the amount invested and are paid weekly to the investor’s designated account.

4. Performance Fee

The performance fee is dependent on the investment duration selected by the client, as detailed below:

  • 1 Week: 25%
  • 2 Weeks: 20%
  • 4 Weeks: 15%
  • 12 Weeks: 10%
  • 24 Weeks: 5%
  • 48 Weeks: 4%
  • 96 Weeks: 1%

The performance fee is automatically deducted from the dividends paid each week.

5. Compounding Dividends

Investors have the option to compound their dividends. By choosing this option, dividends will be automatically reinvested into the fund, potentially increasing the return on investment over time.

6. Investment Timeline

Investors can choose to invest on any given day. The investment period begins from the day of the transaction and follows the weekly cycle as per the terms selected.

7. Risk Disclosure

Investing in a crypto fund involves risks, including the potential loss of principal. The value of your investment can fluctuate, and therefore, there is no guarantee of profit. We advise all potential investors to consider their investment objectives and risk tolerance before investing in the fund.

8. Amendment of Terms

ALO Finance reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your consent to the modified terms.
